Elaborate Victorian House

PAINTING ONLY : Small: $175 - Medium: $350 - Large: $700 - Full size: $1400

The cost of any other size is calculated @ $1.73/sq.in. for a Simple Style House
$2.08/sq.in. for an In-between Style House  and
$2.42/sq.in. for an Elaborate Style House

CONDITIONS: I will need clear, colored photos of your home with the view you prefer, as well as several close-up photos of important details. Also, notes describing any changes you wish [i.e. the season, colors of flowers, things you wish added or deleted, larger or smaller bushes, etc.] Please contact me first by e-mail.

Custom matting & framing are available at wholesale cost or you may take care of the framing yourself.

   Charge for double mat (in 2 colors of your choice) by the artist:

SMALL: $25 - MEDIUM: $35 - LARGE: $45 - FULL SIZE: $55

HALF SHEET SIZE: 14"x 21" painting [20"x 27" matted size]: - $600 + matting & shipping costs
FULL SHEET SIZE: 21"x 29" painting [29"x 37" matted size] - $1200 + matting & shipping costs
